Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Yes! As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking code via email that lets you track your shipment in real time.

Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, we charge a shipping fee of €6.25. At this time, we only ship within the Netherlands.

We offer duvet covers in the following sizes: 140×200 cm (single), 200×220 cm (double), and 240×220 cm (king-size). The available sizes are listed on the product page.

Our duvet covers are made from high-quality 100% cotton. This material is breathable, soft, and retains its quality even after multiple washes. The satin sets are made from 100% satin (polyester).

Wash your bedding at 40°C for optimal hygiene and to preserve the color. Use a mild detergent without bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Iron on low heat if necessary.

Yes, you can return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a return.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours and include a photo. We’ll resolve this for you right away.
